<li>It's for everyone, create your account easily and securely with no prerequisites.</li>
<li>It's just like a traditional wallet, where you can store your cards on your cellphone and load money into your "CencoPay Balance." Forget about physical cards and cash!</li>
<li>How does the CencoPay Balance work? It's easy. Simply transfer money from a checking, savings, or current account to your digital wallet to pay for your purchases.</li>
<li>Please note that you can use the balance in person and very soon, in our online stores.</li>
<li>Buying is much simpler and more convenient! Pay for your purchases at Jumbo, Santa Isabel, or SPID using the QR code reader in the app.</li>
<li>For every purchase you make, you'll be earning more Cencosud Points!</li>

How to connect a Jumbo or Santa Isabel account to CencoPay?
To get started, you need to have the app installed and be logged in. Then, you can connect your accounts in three different ways:
<ul>
<li>On a computer: When logging in to Jumbo.cl or SantaIsabel.cl, a QR code will appear on the main screen. Simply scan it directly from CencoPay to connect your accounts.</li>
<li>App or mobile version: Log in to your Jumbo or Santa Isabel account. Once inside, a screen with instructions will appear; select "Go to connect accounts" and your CencoPay will automatically open to accept the connection.</li>
<li>Manual: You can also find the connection in the menu of your Jumbo or Santa Isabel account by selecting "My Account" → "Connect Accounts".</li>
</ul>

Where and how can I pay with CencoPay?
<ul>
<li>Jumbo: In-store and online</li>
<li>Santa Isabel: In-store and online</li>
<li>SPID: In-store and coming soon online</li>
</ul>
Follow these instructions for your purchases:
<ul>
<li>If you're in-store, after scanning all your products, let the cashier know that you're paying with CencoPay. Scan the QR code with your app, select the available CencoPay balance or the card you want to use, and confirm the transaction to complete the payment.</li>
<li>For online purchases, first connect your accounts from the Jumbo or Santa Isabel apps or websites. Once the process is complete, you'll be able to see "CencoPay" within the platforms. Choose the card you want to pay with and confirm your purchase to complete it.</li>
</ul>
Currently, you can only pay for your online purchases with the cards added to your CencoPay.
How do I configure my CencoPay?
After downloading CencoPay, follow the step-by-step instructions within the app:

<li>Enter your personal information</li>
<li>Validate your identity</li>
<li>Create a security PIN</li>
<li>Activate biometric access for quicker login</li>
<li>Add cards or load balance to pay with your CencoPay at our merchants.</li>
</ul>
Are the cards I entered in other Cencosud applications (such as Jumbo or Santa Isabel) in CencoPay?
Yes, you can have all your cards in one place. To do this, create a CencoPay account with the same email you use for the Cencosud applications (such as Jumbo or Santa Isabel). Once the process is complete, we'll let you know that your cards are already in CencoPay. Press the "Understood" button and you're ready to go!
